What comes with the booth.
One flat rate covers the booth, setup, and the person running it. Most packages bundle in a backdrop — or start with just the booth if your venue already has a wall worth shooting against. Prints and keepsakes are optional extras, priced below.

Backdrop Sets the Price
Booth-only is $250. Add a backdrop and the package price is named for it, so the number you see is the number you pay. No upgrade math.

Props & Signage
A styled prop table and signage that fits the theme, so guests know where to go and what to do.
On-Site Attendant
We deliver, set up, run the booth all night, help guests pose, keep it running, and break it down when the party ends.

Introductory pricing. Every package below is a 2-hour rental and includes delivery, setup, and breakdown within 25 miles of Grand Rapids. Need longer? Add hours at $100 each, up to 5 hours total.

How a real quote adds up
A 150-guest anniversary party wanting a shimmer wall and prints in guests' hands. Every line here comes straight off the menu above.

Drop the prints and the same event is $550 for two hours, fully digital. Above roughly 100 guests we recommend the extra hour so nobody waits, and above 150 we suggest magnets or keychains in the 100 tier rather than 50.
Dates in peak season, venues past 25 miles, stair-only access, and outdoor setups without power may adjust the final quote. A signed agreement and deposit hold your date.
Add-ons
Every package is digital by default. Add prints if you want guests holding something, then add keepsakes on top. Magnets and keychains are sold in set quantities because each one is a physical item we bring and assemble.
How booking works
Four steps from first message to prints in your guests' hands.
Send your date
Tell us the date, venue, guest count, and colors. We confirm whether the booth is open.
Pick a package
Choose your hours, backdrop, and add-ons. We send a quote and hold the date with a deposit.
We design your screens
You approve the booth start screen and your photo overlay, built around your names, date, and colors.
We run the booth
We arrive about an hour early, set up, run the booth, then break down and clean up at the end.
Good to know: the booth needs roughly a 10x10 ft space on level ground, a standard outlet within 25 ft, and shade or cover if it is set up outdoors. If you add prints, printing is not available for outdoor setups without power. Kids are welcome, and guests under 13 should have an adult at the booth with them.
